Hello Michael,

You can find eFront Pro documentation in the following link:
http://docs.efrontlearning.com/home

About the Chat , we don't offer an integrated chat in eFront Pro but you can add a javascript chat, by editing your theme:
http://screencast.com/t/xGlvzmzcZ
An example of a chat service is Zopim:
https://www.zopim.com/

About webex and bbb integrations, I will ask the development team and get back to you.

Hello Michael,

About Webex and BBB Integrations, all you need to do is move the System settings->Integrations tab, select the Conferences option and then the system you would like to use, Big Blue button or Webex.
Then you have to fill in the required information that you will find through BBB or Webex accordingly:

Hello Michael,
this information is provided by Webex itself. You have to contact Webex and ask them for the hosted URL, site ID and partner ID that are specific to your account.
