Error 2013 and Error 2006

Postby karen.gourgoulis » Tue Mar 17, 2015 6:13 pm

Help please! We are receiving errors in the student side and the professor side.

When logged in as a professor, and report we try to pull, we receive this message:

mysqli error: [2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query] in EXECUTE("SELECT users_LOGIN, sum(total_time) as total_time FROM users_to_content WHERE lessons_ID=45 GROUP BY users_LOGIN") (2013)

Students receive this error and have no lessons displayed:

mysqli error: [2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query] in EXECUTE("SELECT id,name,parent_content_ID,lessons_ID,timestamp,ctg_type,active,previous_content_ID,options,metadata,scorm_version,publish,identifier,linked_to, data != '' as has_data FROM content WHERE lessons_ID = '57'") (2013)

If a student can log in (takes repeated attempts), this error is shown when selecting a lesson:

mysqli error: [2006: MySQL server has gone away] in EXECUTE("SELECT * FROM directions ORDER BY name") (2006)

Hello,

It seems that this is not an eFront issue, but an issue of your server.... Try increasing the max_allowed_packet and then restart your mysql... and see if this solves the problem...

Kind regards
