"I forgot my password" Email Not Sent

We seem to be having an issue with our installation of eFront. Currently all e-mails sent from within the program itself are working fine, but if people choose "I forgot my password" it informs us that an email has been successfully sent with instructions on how to reset the password, but the email is never received. Just wondering if anyone else is finding this problem?

@lmaes_employees:

1. What version / build of eFront are you using?
2. Have you modified any of the notification templates?
3. Do you see this with all users or just select users?
4. For the particular user impacted, have they checked their junk/spam folder just in case it is there?

hey guys, I am experiencing exactly the same. Curisouly, right now, I tried to log in using admin and the login failed. SO i tried to recover my password, I came to get an email asking me to click on that link to confirm my email account... so after that, no email was sent. I have no idea on how to get back my access as admin. Kindly, help !

In such a situation the only way to remedy your situation is to directly manipulate eFront database.
You need to copy the encrypted password from another user (that you now his password) to the password field of admin - note that some technical experience is needed to achieve this.

Hi, I am having the same problem with "I forgot my password". It says that an email was sent but no email is received and no email is in junk/spam.

Using 3.6.13
No modification to templates
It affects all users (well, only tried two and myself so far)
Not in junk/spam email
