Session expired

Postby helmut » Wed Mar 23, 2016 2:58 pm

Hello
Since a few days my students face the problem of "session expired". I tried to increase the time-out in the system settings but still the same problem. This is especially annoying during tests. Is there a way to disable this function or any hint how to setup?
It happens on Mac's and Window systems and with different browsers. I use build 18025.

Thanks for fast help!

Hello,

Maybe the case that your server hosting your eFront installation does not have enough space? Would you please check it out?

Kind regards

Hi
the hosting server has still 5 GB free space.

I played around with the settings and have finally put the values to:

Log out user after (minutes): 1440
Updater period (ms): 300000

I'm not sure if this is correct but the students are not complaining at the moment.
