it's clearly enough from warning below:
... this is incompatible with sql_mode=only_full_group_by...


have you tried to disable this?

Thank you for your reply, thank you!
In my mysql ini configuration file didn't add this parameter.
And parameters inside add or not add "only_full_group_by" has the same error message.

Find a solution:

control_panel.php Line 258
"ct.id, ct.users_LOGIN, ct.timestamp, ct.status, t.name"
Changed to:
"ANY_VALUE(ct.id) AS id, ANY_VALUE(ct.users_LOGIN) AS users_LOGIN, ct.timestamp, ANY_VALUE(ct.status) AS status, t.name"
