users persistently enabled (even after being disabled)

Postby bittingbits » Thu Mar 18, 2010 9:53 am

Although we disable user X on course Y, it somehow gets enabled on that module "out of the blue".
Pretty odd and quite annoying, as we have to constantly recheck the user status and disable it over and over again.

Did anyone come across this awkwardness?

Can the user's self-register on courses? What is the version you use? any other information that may help us re-produce the problem?

eFront 3.6.0.
Users cannot self-register.
They are added to the efront user tables from Joomla user tables through the jfusion plugin (only basic data; username, email, password, name).
There's no assigment to any course by default.
Joomla is the master system whilst efront is the slave.

This is pretty much the info i have at my disposal.
